How do I get my free tickets?
Every Monday we post private ticket links in the members area. Click the link for the show you want, and it takes you straight to TIXR to check out with the free Fan Club ticket. You can grab up to 4 tickets per show.
Which events are included?
Any event with a (Fan Club) ticket type on TIXR is eligible. These are select concerts and stand-up comedy events at BandWagon venues across Colorado and Wyoming. New events are added regularly.
Do I need a TIXR account?
Yes — when you check out through the private link, you'll use your TIXR account. We ask that you use the same email address for your TIXR account as your BandWagon Fan Club account so we can verify your membership.
What happens during the free trial?
You get full access to all Fan Club ticket links for 15 days at no charge. We'll remind you before your trial ends. If you cancel before the trial is over, you won't be charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your membership at any time from your account page. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
